About Me
Hi, I’m Kirsten, a Certified Personal Trainer and Online Coach with a deep passion for helping people reclaim their strength, confidence, and health, especially those navigating life with diabetes.
My journey into fitness began in 2020, during my own weight loss transformation. Like many, I started with small steps, not knowing that this would evolve into a deep love for strength training and powerlifting. Lifting weights quickly became more than just physical, it was therapy, empowerment, and a reminder of what my body could do, not just what it looked like.
In late 2024, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes—an unexpected and life-changing moment. But instead of letting it stop me, it fuelled my purpose. I’ve come to understand the unique challenges that come with managing blood sugar, energy levels, and training performance. Now, I use that insight to support others going through similar experiences, whether it’s Type 1, Type 2, or insulin resistance.
I believe in a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness that focuses on building long-term habits, not quick fixes. Through personalized strength programs, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching, I help my clients build bodies that feel strong, healthy, and capable, no matter where they’re starting from.
